When you work with PLS, you get access to the full Collective Bargaining Agreement that we have negotiated specifically for your show. You'll know precisely how much each crew position earns, the pension, health and welfare contributions, the workers comp and GL insurance showing how much each crew position actually costs. We compile these elements into a detailed cost breakdown, calculating our true break-even rate - the amount it actually costs to provide qualified and specialized, professional union labor.

Then we go a step further. In the spirit of fairness and respect for your budget, we provide a clear, detailed, itemized spreadsheet showing three optional markup levels of 12%, 15%, and 18%, so you can make the best financial decision for your event, You select the rate that fits your needs. When you have made your decision, you will receive a detailed spreadsheet, that not only includes the final cost, but one that has every position, the expected hours, broken down to a daily sheet that includes the crew names, the positions, call and wrap time, and meal periods. NO HIDDEN COSTS! You will receive that daily totalm and where it stands with your budget, We add-in the explanation of any discrepancy. We will always be completely transparent!
